About Us
Our names are Ole, Mian, Julius and Tristan. We are a group of ninth-graders at a Bavarian secondary school that offers bilingual history lessons (CLIL). In Year 9, it is compulsory to produce a project presentation. Our history teacher also told us about a competition (Erinnerungszeichen), which motivated us to create a website about the former Cistercian monastery in our home town.
Thanks To
A huge thank you to Mr Jürgen Steger of the Heilsbronn Heimatverein, who not only provided us with material (books and images), but also opened the doors of the museum to us outside normal opening hours. Last but not least, he made himself available for a 45-minute interview.
We would also like to thank the engineering office Christofori from Heilsbronn, who provided us with 3D animations of the former monastery and aerial photographs of Heilsbronn.
